Our therapeutic tools, information and resources

The power of Remble is in the variety of tools we provide you. We believe that you should have a choice of tools that suits your interests, needs, available time, and how you like to learn.

Do you like learning by watching video, listening to audio, or reading text?

Do you have a lot of time to devote to changing or do you need quick tips that you can learn and practice in just a few minutes?

Our journeys and practices give you all of these options.

It’s up to you!

No matter your preference, we have a tool that can help.

About Journeys

Journeys are our most in-depth therapeutic experience.

Journeys are written by prominent therapists and wellbeing experts.

They are designed to teach you practical strategies to improve your relationship through brief, daily sessions no more than 10 minutes in length and accompanied by an activity that challenges you to apply what you learned to your own life.

Journeys are 1, 3, 7, 14, or 21 days in length and presented in both video format as well as text.

To find a journey, click the “Journeys” icon on the app menu.

How do I choose a journey?

Choosing a journey depends on the relationship topic you want help with and the amount of time you have.

A few of our most popular journeys include:

  • Communicating more effectively in your close relationships
  • Recharging and revitalizing your relationship
  • Navigating conflict in healthy ways
  • A couple’s guide to talking about money and financial issues, and
  • How to deal with jealous feelings in your relationship.

We’re regularly adding new journeys and keep you up to date when a topic we know might interest you becomes available.

About our practices

Journeys are only a small part of how Remble can help.

We have several types of therapeutic tools and resources we call “Practices.”

These are:

  • Affirmations
  • Breathwork
  • Coping Skills
  • Journaling
  • Meditations, and
  • Relationship Conversations

To find a practice, click the “Practices” icon on the app menu.

About Affirmations

If your goal is to overcome self-defeating and negative thoughts, boost confidence, and think more optimistically, we offer hundreds of brief and powerful statements called “affirmations”.

Affirmations are positive statements that you say to yourself repeatedly. For example, “I am grateful for life’s challenges because they help me to grow” or “My weight, looks, and body do not determine my worth.”

To choose the best affirmation for you, we categorize affirmations depending on the most common challenges our users have.

Our categories include affirmation about:

  • Anxiety
  • Body image
  • Depressed mood
  • Gratitude
  • Productivity
  • Relationships
  • Resilience and confidence
  • Self-love, and
  • Starting your day

About Breathwork

Another therapeutic practice is breathwork.

Our breathwork practices help you tap into the power of your breath and reach a higher level of awareness, clarity, healing, and calmness.

Each breathwork practice is no more than a few minutes in length and either instructor-led video, or animation.

To choose a breathwork practice, we’ve organized them into a variety of topics, including:

  • Balance body mind and spirit
  • Boost your immune system
  • Calm and relax
  • Clear and focus the mind
  • Deepen breathing
  • Energize
  • Improve mood
  • Prepare for sleep
  • Reduce stress and anxiety, and
  • Release emotion

To find a breathwork, visit the Practices area of the app from the main menu “Practices” icon, navigate to the Breathwork practice, and explore the list of topics.

About Coping Skills

Coping skills are brief, single-session, instructor-led video-based activities that teach you practical ways to get immediate relief from uncomfortable feelings or issues.

To choose a coping skill, visit the Practices area of the app and navigate to the Coping Skills area.

Here, you’ll find a list of coping skills organized by topic, including:

  • Achieve mindfulness and grounding to the present moment
  • Achieve calmness and relaxation
  • Clear and focus your mind
  • Decrease stress
  • Energize yourself
  • Feel joy and gratitude
  • Grow loving kindness and self-compassion
  • Manage unpleasant emotions

About Journaling

Do you want to keep track of your personal thoughts, feelings, and insights?

Do you want a safe place to examine difficult thoughts and feelings, and find emotional healing?

If you answer yes to these questions, you’ll love Remble journaling.

Our digital journaling is a private space for you to record your most personal thoughts. We take your privacy seriously and encrypt all entries so that only you can view them.

Not sure where to start? Our journaling prompts spark thoughts and ideas for journaling.

These prompts fall into different categories for journaling, including:

  • Boundaries
  • Confidence and assertiveness
  • Coping
  • Growth and change
  • Joy
  • Managing emotions and staying present
  • Self-compassion
  • Self-discovery
  • Values
  • Well-being
  • Worries

An example prompt would be “How can you develop greater trust in yourself?”, “What are your top three priorities in life?” or “What do you need to shift for your life to reflect the importance of these priorities?”.

For future reference, you can archive your journal entries in a searchable format.

About Meditations

Do you want to be more present, heal painful emotions, or calm your mind?

Do you want to achieve a state of relaxation, deeper than any you’ve experienced before?

Remble meditations are your answer.

We have two types of meditation–guided and unguided.

With guided meditation, our expert guides instruct you step by step through a meditative practice. This is often the best choice for someone who is new to meditation.

Our unguided meditations give you control over the length of your meditative practice, and the sound that accompanies it.

Like other practices, you’ll find meditations in our Practices area and you can choose the best meditation for you from our categorized list, including:

  • Achieving mindfulness and grounding in the present moment
  • Balancing body, mind, and spirit
  • Chakras and mantras
  • Clearing and focusing the mind
  • Deepen breathing
  • Feeling calm and relaxed
  • Feeling energized
  • Feeling joy and gratitude
  • Feeling loving kindness and self-compassion
  • Improving self-esteem and motivation
  • Preparing for sleep
  • Relieving pain

About Relationship Conversations

For a relationship to thrive, couples need to build shared meaning.

Our relationship conversations practice guides you in using relationship questions to spark meaningful conversation between you and your partner and bring you closer together.

We have hundreds of relationship questions that cover a wide variety of areas including:

  • Care and connection
  • Childhood
  • Communication
  • Discover something new
  • Expectations and desires
  • Finances and household responsibilities
  • Past relationships
  • Perspective on your relationship
  • Premarital and future
  • Sex and intimacy
  • Worries and delicate topics

Some examples of relationship questions are: “How do you think I should describe you to other people?”, If I went away for a week, what would you miss the most?”, and “How have I changed since you’ve known me?”
